Raiders (25 slots)
Raider Captian::
"Open Slot"
Classification.
•Civilian
Alignment.
•Chaotic Evil - they will do whatever they want whenever they want to do it, which, seeing as they are evil, usually entails lots and lots of death and destruction.
Description.
•Raiders revel in chaos and anarchy. Numerous raider groups dot the wasteland.. Most are no more than a handful of people scraping out a living by preying on anything weaker than them. They have no driving purpose or goal, other than to live to see tomorrow and raise as much hell as possible today.
•Raiders operate in 2 ways, a high profile toughguy gang and in sleeper cells.
•The sleeper cells look just like regular wastelanders, but carry the secret mark. No one knows what the secret mark is, but its a way for all other raiders to recognize one of their own in the population.
•Raiders will not work with someone whose reputation cannot speak for itself.
Uniform Requirements.
•Core Raiders will dress in biker gang style or “Mad Max” attire.
•Black leather, Jeans, Wild hairstyle, Sports Padding, or garbage-adorned clothing
Sleeper Cell Costume.
•Sleeper Cells are recruited from the Wastelander faction.
•Sleeper Cell wastelanders should look as must like a normal wastelander as possible.
•Seek out the raider faction and try to join their ranks. You’ll be taught the secret ID mark if you are accepted.
Faction Perks and Limitations.
•Raiders are masters of thievery and mayhem and as such can loot 1 additional item or 3 additional caps (but not both).
•Life on the fringe is hard and many often turn to chems to help cope. Raiders respawning under the influence of a chem will receive 5 minutes off their respawn time.
•Chem Dependency: Raiders respawning without the influence of chems will experience withdrawal and increase their respawn by 5 minutes.
The following chems are usable to avoid chem withdrawal
•Liquor
•Buffout
•Jack
•Med X (benefits stack)
•Mentats
