Medical supplies are not chems.
Medical supplies will be represented by a physical prop.

Surgical gloves are being written out of the rules for this event. So no worries on mandatory surgical gloves during healing! /cheer
Just so there's no confusion, only a person with 2 points in MEDICINE can administer medical supplies.
You cannot heal yourself or others without a tier 2 or 3 Medicine perk.

- A bandage
- A stimpack
- Anti radiation pills
- or other prop whose purpose is to heal a player
