You may loot any player who is wounded and still bleeding out.
Complying with looting is mandatory. A player does not need to put his hands in another player's pockets to loot.
This is a mandatory, compulsory action. If you are wounded and someone demands what you have, you must assist them in looting you.
You may only be looted once. Once you are looted, you may voluntarily end your bleed out and proceed to a hospital or remain until the end of your bleedout -- your choice.
