Wastelanders (80 slots)
Berger Settlement City Mayor::
" Wild Bill "
Classification
•Civilian
Description
•Wastelanders is a catch-all term for anyone living in the wasteland who is not affiliated with some other group. They make a subsistence living off the land, trade with local settlements, and try not to be ravaged by the abundant, and usually hostile wildlife, or bands of roaming raider gangs. Most are not aggressive but will defend themselves if attacked.
•Wastelanders may portray any character from the fallout universe that they wish so long as that character is not a member of one of the other represented factions. This includes Ghouls, mercenaries, random travelers, homesteaders, etc.
•Wastelanders themselves are not on a team together, rather a Wastelander is only loyal to himself and his friends. You are free to make your own alliances and enemies.
Uniform
•Dirty Civilian Clothes such as casual or business clothes may be worn by the average wastelander.
•Combat-oriented wastelanders may feel free to dress in a “contractor” style, but be weary of conflicting with the uniform standards of military factions.
Some may also have the look of a vault dweller, while others may appear more specific to their field of interest. They can be represented as Doctors, Businessmen, Wandering Travelers, common traders, or anything in between.
Not sure what to think about that last one, but hey, if thats the role you want to portray..
Faction Perks and Limitations
•Base Respawn for wastelanders is reduced by 10 minutes
•Having lived a hard life in the wastes under questionable care, the average wastelander is usually quite unhealthy. Wastelanders always take an additional rad punch from all sources
Wastelander Homes
•Most Wastelanders will be given an address on the map to call “home.” This home may be shared with other wastelanders as a community home, or a wastelander may have the home to himself
•In between game segments, all acquired props should be stored in your lockbox or in your house. No props should be brought off the field at any time during the game
•Your house is considered your starting position in each segment
